About me

The technical bit:

I am a fully qualified psychotherapist with a strong academic foundation and a passion for supporting people in their personal growth and healing. My training includes a BSc in Psychology from Maynooth University, an MSc in Foundations of Clinical Psychology and Health Services from Goldsmiths, University of London, a Higher Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School, and an MA in Psychotherapy, also from DBS.

I am a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP) and a graduate member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).

Therapeutic Approach

My approach is humanistic, integrative and relational, meaning I draw from a range of therapeutic perspectives while keeping the relationship at the heart of our work. I aim to create a space that feels collaborative and responsive to each client’s needs and preferences. At times, this can also include bringing in a touch of gentle humour, when it feels appropriate, as part of fostering connection and ease.

Above all, I believe therapy works best when it feels authentic, compassionate, and attuned to you.

Contact

Choosing a therapist is a big step, and it’s important that it feels like the right fit. I offer a free 15-minute phone call where you can ask me any questions, get a sense of how I work, and see if it feels comfortable for you. There’s no pressure or obligation, just a chance to connect and find out if we’d work well together.
