Therapy Services

The list provided is just a few examples and isn’t exhaustive, as anything you bring is welcome. My approach is integrative and relational, which means I work with you collaboratively, tailoring therapy to your needs and preferences. There’s space for reflection, insight, and sometimes a touch of gentle humour where it feels right.

In-Person

I offer face-to-face psychotherapy sessions in a calm, safe space where you can explore whatever is on your mind. Being in the room together allows for connection, reflection, and attunement, with time and space to go at your pace. Sessions are 50 minutes, giving us enough time to focus while keeping things manageable.

I currently have availability in 8 Store Street on Tuesday evenings.

Online

I also provide secure online sessions, which can be a practical option if getting to a session in person is difficult, or if you feel more comfortable connecting from home. Online sessions are just as focused, relational, and confidential as in-person work.

I currently have evening and weekend availability.
