How do I book a session?
To arrange a session, you can contact me by email or through the contact form on this website. I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation before we begin, this gives you a chance to ask any questions, get a sense of my approach, and see if working together feels right for you. From there, we can schedule your first session at a time that suits.
What happens in the first session?
The first session is really a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll go through some of the practical details together, including an intake form, and I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you to therapy at this point in your life. We’ll explore what you’d like to get out of the process, talk about your goals, and consider what kind of timeline might feel realistic.
It’s also an opportunity for you to get a sense of me and how I work, and to see if therapy with me feels like the right fit. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, this first step is about starting a conversation and laying the foundations for the work we might do together.
What is the length and cost of a session?
Each session is 50 minutes in duration. This timeframe allows for focused therapeutic work while also providing a consistent structure from week to week. The cost is €65.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life can sometimes get in the way, and I completely understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask for 48 hours’ notice where possible. This helps me manage my time and offer the space to someone else who may be waiting. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged at the full session fee.
